Support: White neck hackle curved side up to support tail
Tail: (in order of assembly): White saddle hackle slightly longer than support hackle/ pearl flashabou Pale Blue saddle hackle/silver holographic flash Pink saddle hackle/purple holographic flash Chartreuse saddle hackle/green flash Blue/Greensaddle hackle Body: Bill's Body Braid, blue Collar: White bucktail 2/3 around tied fairly full
Topping (in order of assembly): Blended Bucktail - Lt Blue, Chartreuse, Pink and Lavender tied sparsly on top of hook. Deep Blue saddle hackle/ two strands black halographic flash Purple saddle hackle topped with a few strands of Baitfish Angel Hair Peacock herl
