Recipe for Hard Headed Anchovy
Hook: size 2, 1, or 1/0 (circle hooks are preferred)
Thread: 140 denier, color optional
Wing: white bucktail, mirage Flashabou, (top wing) Root Beer bucktail
Throat: white calf tail

Head: medium or small E-Z Bodi with 3-D sick-on eyes.
Epoxy

Wrap hook with thread.
Tie on white bucktail to size,
Tie in Flashabou.
Cover top with Root beer bucktail and tie off.
Cut 1/4" of medium or small E-Z Bodi, tie in and wrap as head.
Install 3-D eyes.
Coat with Epoxy. Then mix well with water.

Thus is an exceptionally effective late summer/early fall fly for Bonito, False Albacore, Blue Fin Tuna. It also catches Stripers
