Hook:   2-12 any length
Thread: Color of marabou feather
Tail:  3/8 inch clump of marabou
Flash: Peacock Krystal Flash
Body: 1/2 inch clumps of marabou
Wing:  1/2 inch clump of marabou from stiff-stemmed feather.
Collar:  Optional:  Soft hackle of partridge or colored feather.
Eyes:  Bead chain, barbell, or none.
Head cement:  Clear sparkle nail polish

Progressively shorter marabou clumps are high tied every 1/4 inch, while holding down the wing. These are followed by folded flash. The clumps form the body. The flash keeps the tail from twisting around the hook.
